1. Your name and address are listed by the city or county as having a violation for “Building without a Permit”.

2. The violation needs to be removed from the city’s or county’s list of violations or fines will be levied against you and your property.

How can you remove your name and address from the list?

1. Verify that you actually are in violation.

2. Comply with “Land development” and “Building” codes.

3. Obtain a building permit.

2. Coordinate with the Land Development and the Building Department to determine a solution to the violation.
